I's there a "clan server' something that people spend most of their time on or when we have clan meetings?And also should i have a deadly dragon claw handy in my inventory?

Well, I have not established an official server, but I do usually go on Nythera. To answer your question, if you can get a deadly dragon claw, that would be great. There are other options though if you have trouble getting the Deadly Dragon Claw.
